These rare recordings feature soprano Melissa Heath, and are taken from the famous musical masterpiece: The Sound of Plastic. What could beat the rush of dashing exuberantly through the hills of an Alpine village while singing at the top of your lungs? Just one thing: running through the aisles of a warehouse packed to the brim with plastic packaging. That is exactly what sets Maria Von Trapp’s heart racing in this classic film, The Sound of Plastic. The Sound of Plastic tells the heartwarming story of Maria (played by CPS Customer Support Representative Angie Smith), whose passion for music endears her to six children and their widower father. Set in a warehouse at the base of the Alps, this musical video presentation is a masterpiece of vocal prowess, breathtaking scenery, loyalty, patriotism, and above all … a story of how music can overcome any packaging supply chain management issue.
