CPS News: Container & Packaging Supply receives customer service award

Our Customer Support team (the C-Team) has over a 90% positive feedback rating and we're ready to celebrate that fact! We called everyone we knew (about 5 people in total) to see if there was some kind of award for this achievement. Well as it turns out, no they weren&#8217;t giving out awards. So we decided to give ourselves an award.</p> <p>I know what you may be thinking; &#8220;isn&#8217;t it kind of sad that you have to give yourself an award?&#8221; Well to that I would respond; What? What's that? I can't hear you over the enormous award I just received. You'll have to speak up. And then you'll say at a near shout, IT'S REALLY SAD YOU HAVE TO GIVE YOURSELF AN AWARD! For the 1% that thought we were mediocre, that's all right. We still love you.
