CPS News: Container & Packaging Supply receives customer service award

Our Customer Support team (the C-Team) has over a 90% positive feedback rating and we're ready to celebrate that fact! We called everyone we knew (about 5 people in total) to see if there was some kind of award for this achievement. Well as it turns out, no they weren’t giving out awards. So we decided to give ourselves an award.</p> <p>I know what you may be thinking; “isn’t it kind of sad that you have to give yourself an award?” Well to that I would respond; What? What's that? I can't hear you over the enormous award I just received. You'll have to speak up. And then you'll say at a near shout, IT'S REALLY SAD YOU HAVE TO GIVE YOURSELF AN AWARD! For the 1% that thought we were mediocre, that's all right. We still love you.
