We’re people too. And when we can’t find someone to talk to, or we can’t get a straight answer, or we’re stuck in a labyrinth of phone menu options, WE FEEL YOUR PAIN! “For customer service regarding incomplete shipments and your last name begins with P through Z, press 7; for customer service regarding tracking issues, press 8; for more options, press 9 …”

Feeling nauseous yet?

Back when automation was all the rage, CPS quickly realized that ANGUS (Automated Node for Guest and User Services) was not very good at handling customer concerns. Not good at all. After just one phone call, CPS re-purposed ANGUS and made it so that you get a LIVE human being every time you call.

We dug up some footage of ANGUS’ beta test, and thought we’d share it with you.

Get a real person. Every time. At Container & Packaging Supply.
